Mr. Halpin serves as Senior Vice President of Finance at Silver Hill III.  He formerly served as Vice President of Finance at Silver Hill I & II, where he oversaw strategic capital allocation, corporate evaluation, financial planning and investor relations for the enterprise and managed numerous transactions and joint ventures in connection with Silver Hill’s core exploration and production businesses in the Delaware Basin.

 

​Prior to joining Silver Hill in 2013, Mr. Halpin was an Associate at EnCap Investments in Houston, where he focused on upstream investments in the Mid-Continent and Texas, and an Analyst in the Global Natural Resources Investment Banking group at Barclays Capital in Houston, where he worked on public capital raises and M&A advisory engagements.
