Mr. Lierly serves as Vice President of Land at Silver Hill III. Prior to joining Silver Hill in 2021, he was the Vice President of Land of OneEnergy Partners, LLC, a Northern Delaware Basin focused operating company that assembled, developed, and eventually divested approximately 12,000 net acres in Lea and Eddy Counties, New Mexico. At OneEnergy Partners, he was responsible for acquisitions & divestitures, business development, and all company land functions. Prior to joining OneEnergy Partners in 2017, Mr. Lierly held various land roles with some of the most active independent operators in the Permian Basin and Marcellus including Matador Resources Company, Concho Resources, and Chief Oil & Gas. Mr. Lierly graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics and Finance and an MBA in Energy from the University of Oklahoma. He is also a Certified Professional Landman through the American Association of Professional Landmen, where he is actively involved and has held numerous leadership positions.
